Phil Newland

Appointed as Managing Director of Echo in April 2006, Phil has full responsibility for board leadership, strategic direction, financial accountability and key client relationships. He is also a member of South Staffordshire Plc's Executive Management Team.
Prior to joining Echo, Phil worked as a managing consultant for Automatic Data Processing (ADP) where he was responsible for the management of key client relationships, consultancy teams and software delivery.
Nigel Baker

Nigel has full strategic, financial and operational management responsibility for Echo's outsourced Water Company contracts and has over 15 years operational experience.
Prior to working with Echo, Nigel worked with Barclays Stockbrokers Limited and Charles Schwab Europe.
Nigel Lloyd
Finance and Commercial Director
Echo Managed Services
As Finance and Commercial Director of Echo, Nigel is responsible for the financial and legal aspects of the business. Nigel and his team are responsible for the generation of all financial reporting and business planning as well as management of capital budgets and reporting to the board on Echo's performance.
Prior to joining Echo Nigel worked in audit and corporate finance at Deloitte.
Monica Mackintosh
Business and Product Development Director
Echo Managed Services
Appointed as Business and Product Development Director in 2012, Monica is responsible for growth through winning new business and strengthening existing client relationships.
Prior to joining the Board Monica spent four years as Head of Operations for Echo Midlands. Monica has over 14 years experience in the UK water industry primarily in the areas of customer service, debt collection and client relationship management.
