Celtic Anglian choose RapidXtra

Following a rigorous selection process, Walsall based Rapid Systems has been chosen by Celtic Anglian Water to supply its contact management, billing and revenue collection software.

Dublin based Celtic Anglian Water operates in the development of water and wastewater assets providing water supply, wastewater treatment, plant operation and maintenance services for both industrial and municipal clients.

The RapidXtra software is designed to manage the entire billing process from either the unmeasured bill or the initial meter reading through to final payment and if necessary debt collection. The software joins all points of billing contact with the customers and property into one system, allowing instant access for the customer service operators to any aspect of a customer’s record. RapidXtra, has good functionality including the ability to view the total indebtedness of any customer and excellent user operability.
